- Human or animal remains, religious artifices.
- Dangerous weapons (Explosives, firearms, swords, firecrackers, and etc)
- Flammable, ignitable, or volatile items not suitable for postage.
- Poisonous or toxic substances
- Documentations which cannot be reproduced
- Living things
- Perishables
- Marketable securities
- Artwork and film material which cannot be reproduced
- Alcohol (combustible or flammable)
- Drugs (Illegal Narcotics)
Packaging Guidelines
Package Size Restriction
- All package items must not exceed the size specification – Max. weight of 30kg, and up to 200cm; sum of dimensions = (L + W + H), with each side not exceeding 100cm.
- Shipping fee is based on the higher value between actual or volumetric weight of an order. Volumetric weight calculation = Height x Width x Length / 6000.
- Odd-shaped items that are not able to fit into boxes should be tightly shrink wrapped together before being bubble wrapped, covering all surfaces. Any edges should be protected with bubble and shrink wrap or cardboard.
- All package items must not exceed the size specification – Max. weight of 30kg, and up to 200cm; sum of dimensions = (L + W + H), with each side not exceeding 100cm.

- The item should be individually wrapped based on the shape and size.
- Put the item in the center of a box and ensure it doesn’t touch the sides.
- The extra spaces should be filled with some packing paper (filler)to help soften the vibrations in the box.
- Always wrap each item individually and separate it with corrugated inserts or other divider materials to avoid damage.
- Don’t forget to place a fragile sticker on the packaging.
- If the items you are shipping heavier item, you can reinforce your external boxes with additional layers of bubble and shrink wrap. This will provide additional support for the box to take the weight of the items.
- Packaging that is prone to tearing puts your item at a high risk of falling out or getting damaged.
- Avoid using paper bags, envelopes, or packaging with thin materials.
- Ensure that all electronic devices are powered off, and batteries should be removed from devices if possible.
- Each parcel should be shipped on its own, with individual waybills, to minimise risk of damages, and/or missing parcels.
- Avoid attempting to bundle multiple boxes or parcels together.
- All parcels must have its own AYJ Courier tracking ID and corresponding waybill.
- Waybills should also be securely fastened to the parcel through either adhesive labels, or by taping all sides of the label.
- Additional markings and/or labels to indicate contents may be applied to the outer packaging during the delivery process.
- Items not appropriately packed / labelled may be subjected to either:
- Relabelling and / packaging by AYJ Courier staff at the shipper’s cost.
- Rejection and subsequent return to sender for repackaging.
- AYJ Courier’s liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or RM200 per waybill whichever is lower. For increased insurance coverage, please contact us.
- All claims must be submitted in writing to AYJ Courier Service within fourteen (14) days from the date that Sender accepted the Shipment, failing which AYJ Courier Service shall have no liability whatsoever.
