Make an online booking for delivery and our courier will come for collection at designated time. Place the consignment note on the package for identification. Our courier will bring back to our sorting centre and proceed for sorting and delivery.

Gross/Actual weight: Exact weight of parcel including (packaging). Volumetric/Dimensional Weight: Measure according to length, width, and height of the parcel. Shipping large or irregular shaped items can be influenced by the amount of space it occupies (volumetric weight) rather than the actual weight. Volumetric weight is calculated by Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000 = Kilograms.   Length is defined as the longest side of the package. Height is the shortest side of the package.   Please ensure any side of package not exceeding 150cm. Actual weight and volumetric weight are considered in the actual shipping cost whichever is higher.

Additional surcharge of RM2.12 (includes 6% SST) per package is charged if less than 3 pick-up parcels per trip. Free pick-up service if have more than 4 parcels per trip.

    1. Single parcel dimensional weight limit: 30kg
    2. Longest length must not more than 150cm.
    3. Length + Width + Height must not more than 300cm.
    4. Single parcel actual weight limit is 30kg.

    1. Please note that deliveries within Peninsular will take an estimate between 2-3 days(main cities) and 3-5 days for outskirts.

       

AYJ Courier will attempt delivery to the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If the buyer is uncontactable, AYJ Courier will attempt to deliver the parcel to the buyer a (3) three more times. If for whatever reasons, AYJ Courier has attempted three deliveries and still failed AYJ Courier will proceed to return the parcel to sender.

Yes, we do provide Cash on Delivery services with T&C applied.
COD is a system where the receiver pays for the goods or service fees upon package delivery.
